The Ari Frosch Memorial Fund

This Memorial Fund has been formed to carry out the wishes of Ari Frosch, who died in September, 2016. Ari was a second-year medical student who relentlessly dedicated himself to supporting patients, providers, friends, family, and colleagues.  Ari’s presence at Puentes was highlighted by a rare passion and dedication. We are deeply saddened by this tragic loss and hope this Fund will reflect the immense love and compassion that Ari Frosch shared with the Puentes family. The fund will support Puentes de Salud patients by providing additional cost sharing of patient services, medications, and diagnostics. These contributions play a significant part in the lives of our patients and have a meaningful impact on the assistance we can give our community. Supporting patients beyond traditional patient care will continue the kindness that Ari brought to Puentes de Salud.
