Robin Canada, MD

Robin Canada, MD, completed her residency at the University of Pennsylvania in 2005 and joined the staff of Presbyterian Medical Center in September 2008. During her residency, she worked with Mexican migrant workers in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.  Following graduation, Dr. Canada served for two years with the Indian Health Service of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, working with the White Mountain Apache tribe. Dr. Canada enjoys supporting and inspiring general internal medicine residents and brings great passion to her work providing health care in underserved populations. She leads efforts to educate residents and students about immigrant health programs as a preceptor and by seeing patients at Puentes de Salud. Dr. Canada often reminds others that “global health is in our backyard.”
